My husband and I were the first people to build a home in the Horse Creek subdivision. We were getting ready to bring a new baby home from China and wanted something that was away from all the hustle and bustle and wanted an Old Florida-style home. When we found Daniel Wayne Homes, it was a dream come true. We absolutely loved the style of home and did not even look at any other homes in the area. He sold us right on the spot. Dan and his team made the building of our home such a wonderful and positive experience and we truly love living here.
