RESILIENCE – THE MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY OF
DANIEL WAYNE HOMES
After Hurricane Ian made landfall in Lee County, it became apparent that a well-built home is a necessity to live in paradise, particularly along Southwest Florida coastlines.
Following the storm, few homes along the coastline were still standing. The custom homes built by Daniel Wayne Homes, however, shared a quality that others lacked – resilience. Daniel Wayne Homes has more than 30 years of experience building custom homes throughout Southwest Florida, including Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda, Cape Coral and Fort Myers, and Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. The team has generational knowledge of the area and a dedicated skillset and understanding of Florida’s climate, building codes, and overall home construction needs.
Clients are more than just a number with Daniel Wayne Homes. Exceptional customer service is a founding hallmark of the company, and buyers are made to feel confident, cared about, and like family. The goal is always to build a custom home that families can enjoy for generations to come – no matter what comes its way.
Daniel Wayne Homes is committed to quality customer service and craftsmanship.
Not enough space to articulate all of the good things we have to say regarding Dan and our superintendent Bob regarding our custom build. Dan stopped by our home personally 2 days after hurricane Ian to check in to make sure we and the home were okay. The superintendent and many of his contractors reached out to us as well. This is 6 months after they turned the house over to us. You will likely not get that kind of personal service, detail, and follow up from any other builder and team anywhere else in Southwest Florida. As for the quality, there is no better testament other than the fact that our waterfront home is nearly pristine a few days after surviving 9 feet of storm surge and 155mph hurricane winds while many of our neighbors’ homes are total losses.
